About "A wet beach"

About the artwork

In the picture, a beautiful flat wet beach. The water from the sea seems to have just receded, creating a vast plain of wet reflective sand. In the background dark clouds are gathering, probably a heavy rain shower is on its way but at the moment it is dry for a moment. Among the wet sand and the looming clouds, is a lone bird. The bird seems unperturbed by the weather conditions and floats stately on the wind, perhaps enjoying the moment. The most striking feature of the picture is the sky with the dark clouds behind which the sun is setting. The reflection of the clouds and the light patches between them in the wet sand. It looks like the sun is giving one last ray of light before disappearing for the night. All in all, the photo gives a special sense of contrast, where the looming clouds and the lone bird meet above the wet beach illuminated by the last rays of the sun.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
