A worker at work in Quang Phu Cau (Incense Village) 45 kilometres from Hanoi. This town, outside Hanoi, is home to a number of incense manufacturers. Hundreds of locals are at work here. You can watch them paint and dry bamboo to make incense sticks, which are visible to visitors. Millions of aromatic incense sticks are dried outside, especially on the days leading up to the new moon year (also known as "Tet"), giving it a vibrant red and pink hue.
