This is a photo that I've taken in the abandoned Grand Hotel Jbeily, Lebanon. Built in the early 20th century, it was the first luxury hotel in the area. The hotel has been bought and sold several times in the past years, and it even served as a school for a period of time.
Roman Robroek is a photographer who captures forgotten places around the world. In particular, he is focused on creating stunning pho-tos of abandoned locations, rich with wonder, mystery and unanswered questions.
