Johannes Schotanus about Abstract colourful flower

For this work, I used a macro photo of the heart of an amaryllis, the colours added by using filters. For the composition, I looked for a refined abstract shape with a nice light and good contrast.

I am Johannes Schotanus and have from childhood a great interest in various forms of art, I have drawn and painted and once I came in contact with photography when I bought my first analogue camera, what a joy! Later I stepped into the digital age with my photography. The observation, the fiddling with the composition and the light has always interested me. Also the possibilities are endless in the digital post processing of the raw photos. My art on your wall would be fantastic, for me a great honor and for you years of pleasure.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
