Gustav Klimt's work appeals to many of us. It inspires and excites. This digital painting is an adaptation of the well-known work Adam and Eve, by this Jugendstil artist. The original work is of course named after the biblical story where Eve is tempted by the snake to take a bite of the delicious apple. The one thing she wasn't allowed to eat in paradise. Hidden in the work are many parts that refer to this biblical story, and to the stubborn diva as she is depicted here. On the right of the screen we see a bell, referring to the homo bulla. An iconographic image in Western painting that refers to the wonderful life we ​​live without any kind of austerity, but which can suddenly be over, like a beautiful bubble can suddenly burst.
