An encounter with an African elephant in Mana Pools Zimbabwe. A fairytale setting with beautiful light and then being allowed to see these noble animals. What an experience, one never to forget. These elephants have all the space and tranquillity they need and live in freedom. This is how it should be all over the world. The ivory trade is so sad and must be stopped. In May 2014 I started with what has become the greatest passion in my life. So wonderful and soothing to look for beautiful stories in nature. That is what I would like to convey to you as a viewer with my narrative photos. Feeling, looking, fantasizing and dreaming away in the story. Because I want to do something more with my pictures I started writing a children's book. I want to let the children feel my nature experience and give them something about the beautiful nature and its little stories. In this way I hope, in my own modest way, to make a small contribution to education and especially involvement with and experience of nature.
