This 'old' photo shows the iconic Bauhaus typography that is on the Bauhaus building in Dessau, Germany. The strong shadow adds the perfect frame to 7 letters, supported by a selective scoop that clearly concentrates on the word. This looks like an old photo, but is essentially a recent photo that has been edited to recreate that old 1920s-1930s feel. This photo fits well within a wide variety of interiors. Modern, because of the clean lines, which also offers an appealing contrast due to the (old) editing, but this image also fits well in less modern interiors because of the lack of colour, among other things.
