These small wooden beach houses can be found on Vesterstrand, near the town of Æroskobing.
The island of Æero in southern Denmark, is a popular holiday destination for Danes. Beach houses are part of their culture and on this beach you will find ninety of them, in all shapes and colours!!!
I took this image on the last morning of my stay, partly because of the beautiful cloudy sky that was there at the time. In the foreground you can see a nature reserve with grasses and wildflowers, the footpath leads your eye to the colourful beach houses in the background. The cloudy sky is prominent in the picture, with its bright blue colour and white sheep clouds.
This bright colourful image, gives me a real summer feeling!!!
