Biography
Alemannic:
De BolleStriezi is en echt Schwarzwälder.
He was born on the Titisee and grew up with his grandmother in Gutach. That's also where his hat comes from, that the sun didn't burn so brightly on his roof. He got his name because he was always a girl taster, he would have courted every squeaky duck. He also liked to be in Friburg with his bag, where the BolleStriezi liked the brooks the best. Now the BolleStriezi is a privateer and travels a lot in the Badner Ländle.

The BolleStriezi is a true Black Forest native and Black Forest ambassador.
He was born on the Titisee and grew up with his grandmother in Gutach. There his grandmother gave him the Bollen hat, because the sun was always shining on his roof. He got his name there because no squeaking duck was safe from him. During his holidays he often stayed with his relatives in Freiburg and loved to swim in the Bächle.
Now he is a private person and as a real Schwarwälder he travels a lot in the Badner Ländle.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
