Once, when the church tower was being renovated, it was possible to climb the tower via the scaffolding. Along with many others, I did not let this opportunity pass me by. This of course included the camera, because the world looks very different from above.
I like this photo so much because there is a road winding through the neighbourhood, which adds dynamism. Because you look from above, you can nicely see the structure of the neighbourhood and the prominent buildings. The greenery is quite ample and gives the area much-needed variety.
I am Huub de Bresser and was born in 1955. Since 2007 I am a member of FotoExpressionGroupGemert. My work includes landscapes, nature, lightpainting, macro and abstract photography. In the corona era I started working with soapsuds and smoke photography. This form of photography is always very surprising and after editing in Lightroom and/or Photoshop images arise, which are very alienating.
