An imposing view of an abandoned water tower. Where water was once stored from a steelworks, only a dilapidated structure now remains. As guardian of the water supply, the tower quietly tells the story of the industrial activity that once flourished here. From below, it is easy to see how the pipes brought the water up. I enjoy seeking out the most breathtaking places, of course always with my camera within reach. Abandoned places in particular can really interest me, because of the many stories these places tell.
