I took this photo from the ground looking up with an old-fashioned lens. A fairly closed aperture, creating a beautiful star of the sun. Because of the backlight, we also see what is called lens flare. The focus here is on the buttercup in a field of wildflowers in the morning.
I am Martijn Wit and I am mainly a nature photographer. I love the play of the light in combination with the vintage lenses I use. Macro and close up photography is what I like to do and I often lie on my belly between bushes. But I also like to photograph other subjects like landscapes and musical instruments. Have fun in my shop and if you have any questions I would love to hear from you.
