The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a medium-heavy transport aircraft. It is a 4 engine turboprop which is in use by many NATO forces. The aircraft was designed in the mid-fifties of the 20th century and became the third military aircraft which flew for more than 50 years at its first customer in 2006. During that time, more than 40 models were sold to more than 50 countries.
