The Cameron Highlands are located about 150 kilometres north of the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur. Its location at about 1,500 metres above sea level provides a pleasant climate. Fortunately, it doesn't get really cold. Temperatures are usually around 20-25 degrees. A pleasant change during a trip through the tropics. The tea plantations are the absolute highlight of this area, but thanks to the fertile farmland, the Cameron Highlands have much more to offer. Fruits and vegetables, for example. Strawberry cultivation in particular.
Today, the Cameron Highlands are the tea region of the country. The vast tea fields, meandering over the hills, provide beautiful pictures.

Rick is a passionate photographer who graduated from Fotovakschool Rotterdam.
He has a particular passion for black and white photography and above all specially
interested in people and what moves them.
In 2013 he completed a masterclass Portrait training with the Amsterdam photographer,
Govert de Roos.
Nowadays he specializes in business and private studio portraits, weddings and short
documentaries.
His business background gives him a strong focus on business photographic needs
in areas such as marketing, business reports, media releases and website support.
