If you want to experience the charming old town of the island's capital Palma de Mallorca from a completely new perspective, you should not miss a romantic carriage ride. Such a ride in the Galerea, as the nostalgic carriages are called in Spanish, promises unexpected discoveries. Because the experienced coachmen know every nook and cranny, every hidden detail and know a whole range of exciting stories to tell. For them, the license as a carriage driver is considered a true privilege. Often the licenses are inherited within the family and the tradition, which has existed since the beginning of the 20th century, continues to this day. The rides in the centuries-old wooden carriages usually start in front of the main entrance of the Cathedral La Seu and from the Placa de la Reina, as well as at the quay of the port, because especially cruise ship travelers love the extended rides through the historic old town of Palma de Mallorca. The local coachmen take their guests unerringly through the maze of old town alleys and drive them comfortably to the most beautiful sights of Palma de Mallorca. From the gothic cathedral La Seu it goes on to the modern Parc de la Mer, to the palace Palau de l' Almudaina as well as to the Placa Major and the noble shopping street Carrer Colón.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
