About the artwork

Colmar in France is so beautiful that it almost feels like a fairytale. Cobbled streets run along canals with half-timbered houses in the most beautiful colors. The old buildings look very German, but they have elegant French shutters. The inhabitants are proud of their city and decorate their houses with the most beautiful flowers, plants and lights. Colmar is located in Alsace and is also called the capital of wine. Enough to see and experience in the city and surroundings. In addition, the weather in Colmar is not that bad.

The old quarter of Colmar is cozy and beautifully decorated. The city avoided all the conflicts that damaged many other French cities and the buildings remained protected as a result.

South of downtown, where the River Lauch diverges from the canal, is a quaint little neighborhood where tanners, winemakers, and fishmongers have set up their waterfront homes. The river is crossed by two charming bridges, overlooking the rows of half-timbered houses opposite the old covered market of Colmar. Short boat trips through this pretty area are available from the quay.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
