"Rural simple tranquillity in a square: Caught in a web of the Tragopogon" is an (extreme) macro photo of one fluff of a beautiful fluffy bulb of a plant called the Tragopogon.
A Tragopogon (in the Netherlands this plant is also called Morgenster) is related to the common Dandelion. The structure of this fluff reminds me of a kind of spider's web, in which lots of little water droplets are "caught". This also explains the title I gave this picture.
Because of the small depth of field I chose for making this photo, you can see part of the fluff with water droplets in sharp focus, and where the fluff deflects further back (and forward), it gradually fades away. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see what I mean.
The colours, in addition to the rural subject matter, help to create a rural atmosphere for me. The (light) beige - brown tones give a natural, calm, warm feel to this photo.
