A swan always captures the imagination, they are such beautiful water birds. Graceful and graceful and I can watch them for hours when they are dancing on the water. I took this photo at Lauwersmeer in the Netherlands. I laid low at the water's edge myself so I got a nice low vantage point for the photo. After this, I edited the photo into a painting version with a nice soft foreground and background. This work will look very beautiful on a dark wall, as a canvas with a nice tray frame or another material. In May 2014 I started with what has become the greatest passion in my life. So wonderful and soothing to look for beautiful stories in nature. That is what I would like to convey to you as a viewer with my narrative photos. Feeling, looking, fantasizing and dreaming away in the story. Because I want to do something more with my pictures I started writing a children's book. I want to let the children feel my nature experience and give them something about the beautiful nature and its little stories. In this way I hope, in my own modest way, to make a small contribution to education and especially involvement with and experience of nature.
