Dark still life with ornamental grass plume in white pitcher. The set stands on an old wooden table in front of a rough anthracite wall. There is nice light from a window. This fluffy ornamental reed species is called Miscanthus Sinensis 'Silberfeder' or also Chinese reed or splendid reed. Ornamental grass plumes and dried flowers are widely used as decoration in interiors; but also as wall decoration beautiful! It is a soothing image with sober colour tones. It fits into many styles of interiors. Extra nice to combine this photo with my other dark still life photos!
