A beautiful and still relatively little visited place in America is the place Sedona. Sedona itself is known for its laid-back atmosphere with many galleries, stores and restaurants. But even more beautiful is the area, also called Red Rock Country. You will find beautiful red rock formations with meaningful names such as Cathedral Rock and Devils Bridge. Also the hiker can easily spend a week here. Among other things, we did the hike to the Devils Bridge. The hike itself is quite boring, first 45 minutes in the full sun on a dusty dirt road and then over 30 minutes steeply uphill. Once at the top, however, it is worth it and you have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the rock arch below you.
