Ayers Rock of Uluru, the sacred rock of the Aborigines. Uluru or Ayers Rock is a huge rock formation that lies roughly in the middle of Australia, in the Northern Territory, in an area that is also known as the Red Centre because of the red colour of the soil. Uluru is one of the most famous tourist attractions of the country. It has become the symbol of Australia.
