Waterfalls in the Eifel: the Dreimühlen waterfall near Nohn
Several waterfalls can be seen in the Eifel region. One particular waterfall is the Dreimühlen waterfall near Nohn.
The Dreimühlen waterfall, also called the Nohner waterfall or Drömmeler Spröetz, is not so special because of its size.
But because this waterfall grows a little every year, it is a special natural object and a well-known landmark in the Eifel region.
The waterfall is located in the Ahrbach valley south of Ahütte. The Dreimühlen waterfall was created in 1912.
Due to the construction of a railway, the three sources of the Ahrbach had to be diverted and thus the waterfall's genesis began.
