The Adler-Werke produced 51 models from 1900 to 1941 and was at the same time for decades the third strongest automobile manufacturer in Germany in terms of annual new registrations. The Adler Trumpf Junior was also at that time already one of the best known, at the same time most popular vehicles and also in terms of price which were produced in Germany. There were three types of the Trumpf Junior, 1G, Sport and 1E, plus various bodies as 4-door saloon, 2-door convertible, 2 and 4-door convertible saloon and as 2-door roadster.
Over 100,000 of all models were produced and an astonishing number of them survived the Second World War and are still on our roads today with their 25 hp in many colour combinations. Top speed 90 km/h, price today up to 40.000 Euro!

I have been practicing vintage car photography for more than 35 years and here I mainly photograph normal everyday vehicles which were still on the road en masse over 30 years ago. But also cars with extraordinary, beautiful design. From time to time I take pictures of cars, motorcycles and trucks of recent times, when they have particularly beautiful shapes, curves and somehow tempt to dream and drive like a BMW Z8. I find these automotive beauties not only in museums, but also in specialized workshops for vintage cars, with collectors who have invited me to photograph their classics or often in dark, dusty sheds and halls or simply parked at the roadside.
