My work is best described as ‘Mash-up Pop Art’. It’s all about bringing worlds together in one new fresh context. Just like musical mashups but in my case much broader. An old comic together with a line from a movie, an advertising image from the eighties together with lyrics from today. Everything that inspires me visually and musically can be found as a remix in all my work. Often the basis is a handmade work.
