I am Simon van Kessel. My passion is drawing / illustrating. My illustrations are imaginative, detailed, mostly digitally post-processed fineliner drawings and include a variety of subjects (architecture, quiff posters / face compilations, fantasy doodles). The 'Fantasy Doodles' create a kind of 'dream worlds', in which figurative / concrete and abstract elements blend together in an Escher-like way.
