At the end of a hike during our tour of Armenia, we came to a village where we encountered this friendly old man with walking stick sitting on a wooden bench. Armenia is not a tourist country. You hardly encounter any tourists there. The man found it very interesting that we were there. It was a nice encounter.
It was not very warm. The man was wearing warm clothes to protect himself from the cold.
The photo is done in black and white with hard contrasts so the textures are clearly visible.
