If you cross this intersection in Ginza, you will see people coming at you from three different directions at the same time. The whole intersection is one zebra; the stripes run from one corner to the other. Four crowds of people suddenly start walking in twelve different directions. You're expecting enormous chaos. But it's all going incredibly smoothly. By opting for a slow shutter speed here, all the fuss in stripes of light fades away.
