By way of introduction, I'd like to explain a bit about my journey through life:

Beautiful pictures and photos have always fascinated me. But I didn't get serious about photography until 2012, when I really got into it after I took my first long exposure. I can still remember the joy I had when the image was displayed on my camera.

Photography took me on many wonderful journeys to many beautiful places and intensified my appreciation for the wonderful sights we are surrounded by even more. I live centrally in Switzerland and can reach the most fantastic places here in no time. Switzerland is a breathtaking country and not only behind the camera I am always amazed by the beauty that surrounds us. Photography allows me to live the dream. I can be alone, be at one with the world around me and still feel like I'm at the center of the universe as I capture my images in a split second.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
