As a hobby photographer I have had many different subjects in front of my lens in the past 40 years.
Therefore I can't say that I have a specialization.
In the 80's I taught a number of years at a photo collective. Of course it was about analogue photography and darkroom techniques.
With my Nikon F801 35mm camera and my Mamiya 645 medium format I have shot a lot of rolls.
From events to weddings and from holiday photography to simple "in and around the house" family work.
Later I traded my Mamiya in for "the real deal" a Hasselblad, with which I shot most of my wedding portraits.
Now I have been working digitally for quite some time.
First with a Canon 10D. One of the first semi-professional digital SLRs. A very nice introduction to the world of digital photography.
Nowadays my equipment consists of a Canon R5 mirrorless and a 5D mk IV as backup with a whole regiment of L lenses.
Well, the equipment is not what makes the picture, it's the person who operates the camera.
My passion lies mainly in travel photography and that is not only because of the photography but mainly because travel is one of my greatest passions.
Besides that I am the regular photographer for the company where I earn my living and I do a lot of shoots within our motorcycle friends club.
Every now and then I get an assignment like a wedding shoot, family photography, an event or an interior/architecture shoot and sometimes I do maternity, newborn and/or love
