The Hoogstraat in Rotterdam photographed during the best moment of the blue hour. This photo was taken next to the new Market Hall in Rotterdam, which can still be seen one the left. The WTC and the Laurenskerk can also be seen. The wet tiles made the light reflect nicely which always gives an evening photo something extra.
