Iceland's rugged landscape is a feast for the eyes, not only for the passing tourist but certainly for the landscape photographer.
The skies and weather are varied and the light is therefore great for adding dynamics to your photos. One minute the sun is shining and five minutes later you are in a rainstorm.
The images were taken in late September/early October, with autumn colours already making their appearance.
Mountains alternate with solidified lava fields, covered with beautiful green moss, stunning vistas, waterfalls, geysers, black lava ridges and glaciers.
In short, Iceland is a different world.
Mystical and surprising, highly recommended!
