The picture shows a group of pine tree trunks illuminated by the evening sun.
The picture was taken using the so-called ICM technique, in which the camera is moved quickly during the shot. This makes the picture look very dynamic and at times you have the impression of seeing blazing flames and spraying sparks in the picture.
The interplay of light and shadow strongly emphasises the warm yellow and orange tones. The deliberate blurring of all details creates an abstract depiction that invites the viewer to immerse themselves in a world full of colour and emotion.
