We went with a custom-made superjeep to a natural ice cave and hiked on the glacier outlet of Vatnajökull in Iceland, the second largest glacier in Europe. The beautiful structures and colours captured in the photo, taken by Franca Gielen.

Hi! My name is Franca, a passionate traveller and photographer from the Netherlands. I merged these two passions to specialise in travel photography. While tourism mainly chooses to focus on the highlights of places, photography encourages you to see places from different perspectives. My goal: to use a combination of both and transform them into capturing the world as I see it from my point of view. I like to go that extra mile or wake up very early in the morning to get unique perspectives for my images.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
