One of the temples of Angkor in Cambodia. The temples face destruction by the continuously growing jungle.
I'm a nature and landscape photographer, based in Oegstgeest, The Netherlands. My passion for photography took form after a honeymoon trip (2010) to South Africa, where I loved he sights of the landscapes and the animals within them. When I came back home I began reading about local wildlife and ways to "capture" the feeling that it gives me. That's when photography came into play. I've invested a lot of time in reading books and practising my skills, and I still do. I would like to share the beauty of nature, as I see it, with the world through my images. My first highlight occurred in February 2013, by winning a photo contest with as grand prize a 10 day journey to India. That journey was covered in ZOOM magazine May 2013.
