KLM Airbus A330-200 PH-AOA departs from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport with rainbow condensation.
The effect occurs when the air that flows above the wing shape (aerofoil) reaches a speed at which the moisture condenses in that air. You see that as a white haze or hump, sometimes even as a peak shape. That is why it is not much of a constant persistent phenomenon as the aircraft flies through more and less humid air. When the aircraft flies exactly or about the (visible) sun, the condensation can even appear as a rainbow.
