The Kollegienkirche, located in the old town of Salzburg, is the university church, designed by the Austrian architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach between 1696 and 1707, during the reign of the archbishop Johann Ernst von Thun und Hohenstein.
This church, together with the Trinity Church in Salzburg, is one of the most important churches in Austrian Baroque style and was imitated within a time span of 15 years in the Weingart convent and Einsiedeln monastery.
The church was dedicated in 1707 to the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Passion for photography in all forms. From abandoned buildings to landscapes, from night photography to concert photography. By photographing abandoned buildings people want to take them to the hidden world behind walls where nature slowly takes back the building. And now these pictures can also hang on your wall.
