Volcano cone at "Cabeza de Vaca" (cow head) in the region "Cumbre Vieja" on La Palma (Canary Island) taken on 14.04.22 at 18:30 h from our finca. At the time of recording, it was exceptionally almost not outgassing. Normally the outgassing takes place between the volcano cone and the mountains and causes an increased cloud formation.

The eruption started on Sunday, 19.09.2021 shortly after 15 h local time (CEST 16 h) and was declared finished by the authorities on 25.12.2021.
