Landscape photo taken at one of the viewpoints over Blyde River Canyon in South Africa.
The photo was taken with wide angle and gives a wide view. The horizon is about across the middle of the photo.
The sky is bright blue with a few sheep clouds. In the foreground we see a few large gray boulders close by and then the landscape slopes down the gorge. On the left we can also see the blue-green river running through it.
On the right, we look across the gorge to the other side, where the so-called three rondavels are visible. These are three rocks that look like typical African huts, called rondavels. Behind them, we can see the ridge running left and right.
The colors of the photo are warm and full, with lots of greens and blues.
