About the artwork

Lonely tree. A lonely tree tries to emerge above the mist. It is still early and there is still little light. A misty start of the day in the Haterstevennen near Nijmegen. A nature reserve where I like to come. Especially early in the morning in autumn or in spring. The mist creates a nice diffuse light and a quiet background. The Hatertse and Overasseltse Vennen is a fens area of approx. 520 hectares in the Heumen and Wijchen municipalities, province of Gelderland. The area consists of about twenty named fens and the surrounding river dune, heath and forest area. The area lies southwest of Nijmegen, southeast of Wijchen and Alverna and north of Overasselt; around the area are the neighborhoods Blankenberg, Heide, De Schatkuil and Valenberg in the municipality of Heumen and Bullenkamp, Diervoort and Heiveld in the municipality of Wijchen.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
