This is Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. For many years, this was a hidden treasure in southern Utah. But since Grand Staircase-Escalante became a National Monument, this whole area has become increasingly well known.
There is a fairly easy hiking trail from the car park with a few steep sections, but all in all it's fine to do.
