The Skinny Bridge is a double drawbridge in Amsterdam-Centre across the river Amstel.
The bridge connects the quays of the Amstel river at the Kerkstraat/Nieuwe Kerkstraat, between Keizersgracht/ Nieuwe Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht/ Nieuwe Prinsengracht. The bridge has been a national monument since 2002. Every year on Liberation Day a concert takes place at the bridge, usually in the presence of Princess Beatrix and King Willem-Alexander.
