About the artwork
During my city break to London, I decided to spend a whole day walking everywhere. starting at the "Tower of London", and slowly making my way to the "Big Ben". The Millennium Bridge was one of the places I wanted to see this day. For the Harry Potter fans among us, this is an iconic bridge. In fact, one of the last films shows how this magnificent work was destroyed. But here it stands. In all its glory.
Once we arrived at this bridge on a sunny February day, it shone under the blue sky. Surrounded by huge buildings and walked by the many pedestrians. Suddenly, I felt small. And with camera in hand, I tried to turn the tables. Playing with my settings and using a miniature effect, the view looked a little dreamy. And that pictures exactly how I felt at the time.
