Mind in Meditation depicts that moment during meditation when our physical body recedes into the background and we begin to feel at one with everything around us. Practiced regularly, meditation can calm the mind, enhance concentration and enable a feeling of serenity and relaxation. It is both a practical and spiritual practice.
