Striking is the organ-front built in a southern style, in which the division of main work, upper work and pedal in the architecture of the main greenhouse is not visible. There are therefore no small pipe fields in the front, only the big 16 feet pipes of the main work performer. Striking are also the lateral side towers behind which the pedal pipework is located.
The basic design is by the Hague architect Henrik Carré jr. Earlier, he had made a sketch in which small pipe fields were present, but Moreau did not use that design.
The lower case (the back work) is a reflection of the main greenhouse.
The sculpture, the carving and the stucco work under the back posi- tion were made by the Gouda sculptor Dirk van der Wacht.
Martin van Rossum (1993) is a passionate photographer living in Stolwijk. Just below Gouda, in the municipality of Krimpenerwaard! He is versatile, and has taught himself the tricks of the trade. In landscape photography, beautiful light is the most important thing for me. I like to go out early to "catch" the most beautiful light of the day.
