North American B-25N Mitchell at Volkel airbase. The North American B-25N Mitchell of the Royal Air Force Historical Flight (KLuHV) The Mitchell in KLuHV's fleet was purchased in 1989 by some private individuals. After crossing to the Netherlands in May 1990, the aircraft became the flagship of the Duke of Brabant Air Force (DBAF). After a few years, the aircraft was bought by DBAF. The registration N320SQ keeps the memory of the Dutch crews alive. Partly at the request of the Royal Air Force, this historic bomber was added to the KLuHV fleet in 2004 at the start of the integration between KLuH and DBAF. This photo was taken during the Air Force Days on 14 June 2013 at Volkel Air Base.
