Nugget Point is a beautiful spot on the Catlins coast with one of the oldest lighthouses in New Zealand. Nugget Point gets its name from Captain Cook because he thought the rocks looked like nuggets of gold.
It's a short walk to Tokata Lighthouse, with sensational views.
