A beautiful photo showing both old and new at Utrecht's Central Station in the Netherlands.
De Inktpot (The Inkwell) is the largest brick building in the Netherlands and can be found at Moreelsepark in Utrecht. The building consists of 22 million bricks and due to scarcity of building material during the construction period 21 km of old rails was used for the foundation. There is a UFO on the roof of De Inktpot. This is a remnant of the art manifestation Panorama 2000.
In the background the Rabobank Administration Center can be seen. This building is also popularly known as De Verrekijker (The Binoculars) or Rabo tower. The building is located on the Croeselaan in Utrecht. It is the highest office building in the city of Utrecht.
