For years, we have been attending events where classic cars, classic cars, vintage cars can be found. By far our favourites are the cars from the 1950s. And then the oldtimers from the United States U.S.A. There are still countless of them to be found in the Netherlands, all of them beautiful and always owned by a very proud owner. You also often end up in conversation with these, generally, Rockabilly figures who can proudly talk about the restoration of this sled from the 1950s. The details of these cars are always beautiful and worth photographing. In this case, another classic car in excellent condition due to its owner's very economical and careful use. Photographed during the festival Rockin'Wouw in Brabant. The special shape of the rear lights and the location of the indicator can only be found on this type of car and will probably never return. So the message is to be careful with all this beauty from the 1950s. The time of Rock and Roll. In large format a beautiful record I have seen. enjoy it.
Started long ago with "normal" analogue photography. With a darkroom where the "roll" was developed and the photos were printed. I now take pictures digitally for about 15 years. Since that time, the addiction has only increased. I prefer cityscapes, nature and streetphotography. Once on the road, I always look for situations, patterns and of course, beautiful light. At home, the photos are "developed" using Lightroom to the desired endresult. Looking for something special? Mail to justapicturebydan@gmail.com.
