The 'entrance' of Schoonhoven seen from the peninsula in front of Hotel Belvédère. The water on the left is called 'the Cat' and under the bridge, you can sail your boat to the Voorhaven and Scheepmakershaven, two harbors in downtown Schoonhoven. The water on the right is the Lek, here with a moored ship that allows tourists to enjoy various towns and villages along the Lek, IJssel and other rivers in the Netherlands.
