"Panorama of star anise is a macro photograph of a number of star anise stars. The colours give a warm atmosphere to the work. The star anise stars are all not perfect and are mixed up, but because of this it looks natural and you get a nice collection of all kinds of different shades of brown (from grey-brown to red-brown, among others).
Star anise is a spice that reminds me mainly of autumn (I think because of the colours) but also of winter/Christmas and cosiness.
The focus of the photo is mainly on the height of the star anise on the right in the centre.
